A band with energy, excitement & variation

The last order Recipe...

Using the energy of one thumping bass drum, next add a sprinkling of bass and 12 string guitar to capture the attention. Once properly warmed up, add the tin whistle for a dash of celtic flare, stir thoroughly and finally add harmony vocals and the subtle use of the blues harmonica to create a night of Celtic flare & energy. Mix in some Celtic folk, Blues, Bluegrass to achieve a unique taste for all audiences. It's the perfect recipe for dancing, and always leads to a good nights craic.

The beginning....
The band originally formed in Newzealand 2009 and, brought together the talents of 5 individuals, John Paul Mcbride, Tara Brehaut, Bobby Middleton, Anika Walker and Emre Bozkurt. each with their own style and background, folk, country, bluegrass and classical music which, made its way into all their live performances. The bands only aim was to make people dance. In 2010, John Paul and Tara Brehaut traveled to Australia playing as a 2-piece, and began to build on their experience from Newzealand. Bringing new instruments to the song list (oboe, drums, keyboard, drums, tinwhistle) whilst always keeping to the original idea. Having now played throughout Newzealand, Australia, UK, Ireland, the channel islands and Canada, the last order has become something quite special.

What's happening now

The band have a new member by the name of 'Grant Hilts', a talented Mandolin player originally from Ontario, he has a love for Celtic music and has brought some new songs to the list.
